A 50-year-old villa in Rosh HaAyin, about 90 m². The floor was old, cracked tiles, with some parquet and old concrete.
Before the microtopping we applied a base coat with fibreglass mesh to bridge the cracks and keep them from showing through.
On top we applied 3 mm Spanish microtopping in concrete grey — one continuous floor from the kitchen through the living room to the dining area, with no demolition and no debris.
